Life & Love – Paul first connected to art through the colored pencil as a child. You might say they were his first commissions. His mother paid him a quarter to draw birds, and she quickly realized her young son’s talent. By the age of ten, classmates were offering a quarter per drawing, as well. After years of training and professional experience, it is still through the colored pencil that he expresses emotion. Many of these evolve into acrylic paintings. Feelings blend and flow into statements about life and love. Although the cost is now higher than a quarter, an affordable print series is coming soon of “sensual swirls” as described by his art friends.
