The Love Knoxville series is a tribute to the landmarks of the heart and soul, a love letter written to a city. The series combines years of dedication to the art of illustration with a passion for architecture. Each piece represents more than one hundred hours as a labor of love, taking multiple photographs to capture angles, shadow, and light and then “painting” each segment and tiny detail in Illustrator, to create an artistic interpretation. This is an opportunity to give back to this city that has given me so much.
